Update: 7/25/05 I'm up 1lb in the past 3 days, but according to my trainer, in the past 2 weeks, I've lost 9 pounds of fat, and gained 2 pounds of muscle. The numbers may not be exact, but my measurements indicate that the weight that I'm losing is fat, and not muscle.”
