Directions:
ActivaTe™: Take a capsule with four of your daily meals. One serving can be strategically placed within 30-40 minutes of your workout as several users have reported a significant difference in training strength, pumps and the “feel” of the weight by following this protocol.

Glucophase XR™: Take a capsule with your meal immediately after training, and also with 1-2 of your larger carbohydrate-based meals of the day. Typically, breakfast is usually included in this protocol.

XCEED™: Take 30-45 minutes before weight training in 8-10oz of cold water. It can be used as a pre-cardio formula, but is best suited for weight training. You can also take a serving immediately after any sort of weight training, exercise or activity to rehydrate muscle cells and replenish energy stores.”
